At K.K.S. Sweets, our goal is simple: to deliver happiness in every bite! 🍭 Whether it’s for a birthday 🎉, a surprise gift 🎁, or just a well-deserved treat for yourself (you definitely deserve it), we’re here to make sure your sweets arrive fresh, fast, and full of joy.

🌍 Where We Deliver

We ship across the UK using trusted delivery partners DPD 🚚 and Evri 📮. Choose from two reliable options: Express Delivery or Standard Delivery.

⏱️ Order Processing & Dispatch

We pack and dispatch orders Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays). Here’s how it works:

  • 🕑 Orders placed before 2PM (Mon–Fri)
    → Dispatched the same working day (when possible)

  • 🌙 Orders placed after 2PM
    → Dispatched the next working day

  • 📦 Orders placed after 2PM on Friday
    → Dispatched the following Monday (or next working day if Monday is a bank holiday)

❌ No dispatches on weekends or bank holidays.

⚠️ During busy times (like holidays 🎄🎃 or sales 💸), dispatch may take a little longer. Thanks for your patience!

🚚 Delivery Options

🚀 1. Express Delivery

  • Available for orders placed before 2PM (Mon–Fri)

  • Aims to arrive the next working day after dispatch

  • 📦 Fully tracked with delivery updates

  • ❗ Not guaranteed — please allow 1–2 working days

📦 2. Standard Delivery

  • A great-value option if you're happy to wait a little longer

  • Usually arrives within 3–5 working days after dispatch

  • 📍 Includes tracking and delivery updates

Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you an email or SMS with your tracking number.

With DPD and Evri, you can:

  • 📆 Reschedule your delivery

  • 🏠 Add delivery instructions

  • 📍 Track your parcel in real time

We always aim to deliver on time, but delays can happen, especially during:

  • 🎄 Holidays and peak seasons

  • 🛍️ Sale events (e.g., Black Friday)

  • ⛈️ Severe weather or courier issues

If you’re ordering for a special occasion, we recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment!

  • Double-check your delivery address before checkout

  • Live in a flat or gated property? Add clear delivery notes (e.g., buzzer number, floor, access code)

  • Deliveries are Monday to Friday only (no weekends or bank holidays)
